In our modern life, it is hard to avoid the rat race. Stress, anxiety, sickness, loss, grief, depression, fear, envy and resentment underlie our lives, sometimes overwhelming them, and we lose the presence of Jesus and the Love, Joy and Peace which is our spiritual inheritance.
