The course will comprise evening sessions of about 90 min with refreshments provided. A Biblical foundation for the subject will be set with examples of evangelism taken from the New Testament. We will also consider examples of evangelism in modern times and the changing face of Gospel outreach.

The evenings will be easy paced and enjoyable. All course materials will be provided and the sessions will comprise some teaching, some discussion and some practical work, including role play and sharing of experiences of witnessing.

Where and when will the Course take place?

A four-week course run on weekday evenings commencing on Thursday 8th September and then weekly thereafter, concluding on 29th September.

Presently we are planning to hold the Course in the Church Offices but this may change depending on numbers and accessibility.

Who may come on the Course?

Anyone who is a member of BCC may attend the course. It is intended for those who know they have a calling as an evangelist and also those who wish to enhance their ability to share the Gospel even if their primary calling is in another ministry.

Is there a Cost?

The course is free but we would like you to register beforehand so we can make sure we have a suitable venue and cater appropriately. As the sessions build on one another, we’d like you to attend all four. If you cannot, please tell us beforehand so we know whether to expect you on the night.

How do I register?

Please contact Peter Spencer on 07971 831599 or peters@beverleycommunitychurch.org [with ‘School of Evangelism’ in the title field please] to register your interest. Full joining details will be sent before the starting date.
